David Colwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. David currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Lender Price since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at LendingQB from 2012 to 2019, initially as the Vice President of LendingQB Strategy and later as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Before LendingQB, they were the Managing Director at DPC Consulting, LLC from 2011 to 2016, where they provided strategic management consulting to financial services companies and technology providers, focusing on lender transformation. In 2011, they briefly served as the Executive Vice President at Mortgage Cadence. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Executive Vice President at Loan-Score Decisioning Systems, where they developed business strategies to position the company as a leading technology provider in the mortgage lending space. In 2007, they were the Senior Executive of Strategic Solutions at Portellus, where they directed sales strategies in the mortgage banking industry. David co-founded SDDC Group, LLC in 1999 and served as a Managing Director until 2006, overseeing strategic planning, technology enablement, and operations improvement for clients in the financial industry. Prior to that, they held various positions at Capgemini, including Director, Principal, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Business Case Analyst, working on engagements focusing on economic modeling, strategic planning, supply chain management, e-commerce, and process re-engineering with Fortune 100 clients.
David Colwell completed their education at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. From 1983 to 1985, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, David obtained the Selling Through Curiosity Certified certification in July 2021 from STC Live Virtual.
