Allison White

Head of Customer Success at Lenderfit

Allison White has had extensive work experience in customer success and operations roles. Allison is currently the Head of Customer Success at Lenderfit since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pactum AI as the Head of Customer Operations, where they also served as a Supplier Success Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Allison was a Customer Success Manager at Recognize - Employee Recognition, where they played a key role in developing and owning the Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding functions. Allison was responsible for negotiating contract renewals and upsells, as well as developing playbooks to foster strong customer relationships. Before that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Weekdone and Junior Consultant at Scoro. Allison also gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Petable, a Recruiting Intern at New York Life Insurance Company, and a Marketing and Sales Intern at ATX Brands, LLC. Allison White obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. Allison then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management with a specialization in Digital Business at Nova School of Business and Economics from 2016 to 2018. In 2015, they studied Portuguese Language and Literature during a semester abroad at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in November 2020, Writing Case Studies from LinkedIn in March 2019, Data Science R Basics, Intermediate R Basics, and PH125.1x: Data Science: R Basics from DataCamp in November 2017, Microsoft Office Specialist Excel from Microsoft in May 2017, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in January 2023.
