Bob Zadek

Bob Zadek is an accomplished legal and business professional who has served as Of Counsel at Buchalter Nemer PC since July 1992 and at Buchalter PLC since July 1991. Currently the President of Skyscend Inc. since January 2023, Bob also co-founded and manages Lenders Funding LLC, focusing on asset-based lending transactions and providing working capital to commercial lenders. Bob holds an LL.M in Corporate Law (Creditors' Rights) and a JD in Creditors' Rights from New York University School of Law, as well as a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University.
