Jen Peachman

Jen Peachman currently serves as the National Director at Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative, with additional roles on the SE Chapter Leadership Board for the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, where Jen chairs the 2024 State Conference and co-chaired the 2023 Annual Golf Outing. Previous roles include Mortgage Innovators Ambassador for the California Mortgage Bankers Association and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Capacity, where Jen managed growth and partnerships in the mortgage industry. Additional experience includes Community Partnership & Event Manager and Strategic Customer Success Manager at Maxwell, Vice President of Member Engagement at The Mortgage Collaborative, and various positions at First Federal Lakewood and PNC. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University and completed executive education in Leadership & Management at Case Western Reserve University.
