Janet Solazzo

Director of Counterparty Relations at Lenderworks

Janet Solazzo has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Janet started their career in 2000 at Cumberland County College as a Records Coordinator and Student Ambassador. In 2004, they joined Molton, Allen & Williams Mortgage Company, LLC as a Broker Management Coordinator and Sales Support, where they worked until 2006. Janet then moved to Harbourton Mortgage Investment Corporation, where they served as a Broker Management Coordinator for a brief period. In 2007, they joined Walker Jackson Mortgage Corporation as a Product Analyst and Pricing Assistant, and later became a Compliance & Licensing Analyst. Since 2011, Janet has been working at Lenderworks, initially as a Counterparties Manager and currently as the Director of Counterparty Relations.

Janet Solazzo's education history includes a diverse range of degrees and certifications. From 2018 to 2022, they attended Saint Leo University and completed a Doctor of Criminal Justice (DCJ) degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice, specifically Homeland Security. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they attended Argosy University and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology, also with a concentration in Homeland Security.

Earlier in their academic journey, from 2001 to 2003, Janet attended Rowan University. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Law & Justice Studies. Furthermore, from 1999 to 2001, they studied at Cumberland County College and received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts - General.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Janet Solazzo has also obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher. This certification was obtained in May 2021 from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
