Maureen Wetzel has a long history of work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Admissions Graduate Assistant and Tour Guide at St. Ambrose University. During this time, they also held a Marketing Intern role at River Music Experience. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Customer Care/Repair Technician at Maui Jim Sunglasses. In 2014, they were an Admissions Support Specialist at St. Ambrose University. From 2015 to 2020, they held positions as a Client Success Manager and Executive Assistant at ONELIVE MEDIA. Most recently, they have been working as Vice President of Business Development at ONELIVE since 2020, and is currently Manager of Customer Success at Lendflow since 2022.

Maureen Wetzel is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at The University of Dallas, which they began in 2021. From 2013 to 2014, they completed a Master of Business Administration at St. Ambrose University. Maureen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Ambrose University between 2009 and 2013. In January 2023, Maureen obtained an edX Verified Certificate for The Foundations of Happiness at Work from edX.
