Artem Nalivayko

Artem Nalivayko serves as Vice President and Head of FP&A & Investor Relations at LendingClub since July 2016, overseeing a team of five finance professionals and leading various financial planning processes within the organization. Significant accomplishments include submitting a financial plan that enabled LendingClub to become the first fintech to acquire a national bank and collaborating with the executive team on earnings materials and Board presentations. Prior to this role, Artem was Senior Director of Investor Relations at LendingClub, where responsibilities included leading the company’s inaugural investor day and engaging with analysts and investors. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Microsoft, where support was provided for the transition of Microsoft Office to a SaaS cloud-based business. Artem holds a Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
