Emily Mendel

Emily Mendel's work experience includes roles in internal audit at LendingClub and Wells Fargo, as well as positions at KPMG US. Emily began their career as an Audit Associate at KPMG in 2007 and later became a Senior Associate. Emily then joined Wells Fargo, starting as an Audit Leader and eventually becoming a Senior Audit Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to LendingClub as a Senior Director of Internal Audit, and in 2021, they were promoted to the role of VP of Internal Audit.

Emily Mendel completed their Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2007. In April 2012, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
