Ranjit Pradhan

Ranjit Pradhan is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in digital banking and product design. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management and Experience Design at LendingClub since June 2022, Ranjit previously held significant roles at Infosys Finacle as North America Product Manager for Digital Banking and Core Deposit Banking, and at Bank of the West as Product Lead for Retail Branch Systems Transformation and Head of Online Banking. Ranjit's expertise encompasses transforming customer experiences across various channels, directing product roadmaps, and leading innovative mobile banking initiatives, with earlier experience at Wells Fargo and eSilicon Corporation. Ranjit holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
