Sam Hudson

Sam Hudson is currently working as the SVP, CFO - Consumer Banking at LendingClub since August 2013. Prior to this role, Sam was an Investment Banking Associate at Cowen and Company, specializing in the Technology Industry Coverage Group. Sam also has a background in finance and operations management within the U.S. Coast Guard, where Sam held various positions including Finance Branch Chief and Energy Resource Manager. Sam's educational background includes a Master's of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy.
