Kathy Brooks

Kathy Brooks serves as Executive Vice President at Lending3, Inc. since September 2008, overseeing the full administrative staff and ensuring the sales team remains informed on Conventional and FHA guidelines while also managing the onboarding of new teams and branches. Previously, Kathy held the position of Director of Operations at FSI, Financial Solutions Inc. from March 2007 to September 2008, and served as SVP of Operations at KT Home Loans, where responsibilities included transforming a small broker into a mortgage banker while managing operations and loan processing. Additionally, Kathy was Executive Vice President at Allstate Home Loans from September 1995 to October 2005, where management of the company encompassed all areas except the sales and secondary marketing departments.
