Dayana Villamil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dayana then worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Carson Auto Sales, where they were responsible for sales, partnerships with local credit unions, and implementing sales strategies.

Dayana also worked as an Assistant Accountant at HUB LOGISTICS, LLC and as an Assistant Manager at SIEGEL FOODS. In these roles, they gained experience in financial management and general management.

Dayana was then promoted to the role of General Manager, Seedspace Colombia, responsible for operations, sales performance, and nurturing the Seedstars entrepreneur community.

Most recently, Dayana worked at LendingFront as a Production Support Manager, establishing tools for efficient production support, implementing communication protocols, and contributing to product management. Dayana then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager, planning new implementations, gathering requirements, and conducting training and demos. Currently, they serve as a Customer Success Director, building and maintaining client relationships, leading new client implementations, and managing vendor relationships.

Dayana Villamil attended the Los Angeles Community College District from 2010 to 2014, and they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching during this time. After completing their studies at the community college, they transferred to California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2014. However, they dropped out of college before completing their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree.
