Kumudini Aggarwal

Kumudini Aggarwal is the current General Counsel & Company Secretary at Lendingkart. Kumudini has over 15 years of experience working in various legal positions in India.

Kumudini started their career as a corporate lawyer with MNK Law Offices in January 2014. Kumudini was responsible for advising on corporate commercial legal matters, leading the due diligence, drafting various investment agreements and documents and providing transactional support including approvals, etc. from RBI and FIPB. Kumudini also advised clients on diverse issues, amongst others, company law, SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations, FDI Policy and other corporate laws.

In August 2009, Kumudini joined Caparo Group as Sr. Manager-Legal & Company Secretary. Kumudini was responsible for all aspects of legal compliance and company secretarial work for the group. In January 2008, Kumudini joined Avantha Group as Astt. Manager & Company Secretary. Kumudini was responsible for managing the legal and secretarial functions for the group.

Kumudini joined Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) in January 2004 as Astt.Manager-Legal & Company Secretary. Kumudini was responsible for all aspects of legal compliance and company secretarial work for AIS.

Kumudini Aggarwal is a certified business storyteller and executive presence coach. Kumudini has also completed a certification in data law-policy and regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Kumudini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Delhi University and is also a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In addition, they have obtained a certification in financial markets from the National Stock Exchange.
