Joe Hullinger

Joe Hullinger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the lending and finance industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at LendingOne since January 2024, Joe has successfully expanded the sales team and significantly increased monthly production. Prior to this, Joe held multiple leadership roles at Finance of America Commercial from 2016 to 2023, including President of TPO, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing two separate entities and managing a workforce of 590 employees. Joe's career also includes key roles at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, Comprehensive Capital Corporation, Lehman Brothers, and Finance America, where impactful strategies were developed to enhance operational efficiency, foster growth, and improve financial performance. Educational qualifications include an Accounting Degree from International Business College-Indianapolis and completion of an Advanced Leadership Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
