Valentyna Decristo

Valentyna DeCristo is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at LendingTree since March 2021. Prior to this role, Valentyna held positions at LendingTree as SVP and Co-General Counsel from February 2013 to September 2020, and Interim Co-General Counsel, providing strategic legal advice and solutions to mitigate risk. Experience also includes serving as a Staff Attorney at the State of Florida - Ninth Circuit Complex Business Litigation Court from 2007 to 2012, where Valentyna focused on complex commercial matters, as well as associate roles at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. and McClane Tessitore, P.A., specializing in civil and commercial litigation. Valentyna holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Grand Valley State University.
