Menisa Ghela

Menisa Ghela has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Menisa is currently the Director of People at LendInvest, where they are responsible for leading the People Operations function and implementing best-in-class practices. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People Operations at LendInvest and as a People Operations Lead Partner. Menisa also has experience at R/GA as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they provided advice and counsel on various HR initiatives and complex employee relations issues. Menisa has also worked at MTV Networks/Logo as an HR Advisor, HMV as an HR Operations Co-ordinator, and Debenhams as an HR Assistant.

Menisa Ghela holds a BA in Business Management from Kingston University.
