Alison Webb

Alison Webb is an experienced professional in customer strategy and workplace management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Strategy for Investment Management at Lendlease since April 2014. In this role, Alison is responsible for the comprehensive customer strategy and experience across various portfolios, leveraging data insights to drive actionable strategies. Previously, Alison established the Workplace function for Lendlease in Europe, focusing on customer-centric workplace solutions and engaging with industry stakeholders on the future of work. Alison's career includes significant consulting roles at AECOM, DEGW, and SGS Economics and Planning, with expertise in design and change strategies across multiple sectors. Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Architecture from UNSW, and additional educational experiences at The University of British Columbia.
