Harvey Worton

Harvey Worton is the Group Co-Chief Information Officer at LendLease. Harvey has over two decades of experience in IT and has been with LendLease for over three years. In their previous role as Global Head of IT Operations, Harvey was responsible for leading the global IT organization and driving customer orientation in quality IT service delivery. Harvey also worked on shaping and delivering the long-term IT strategy and organization capabilities and culture.

Under Harvey's leadership, the IT team has delivered excellence in Service Management and successfully transitioned all IT solutions. They have also delivered agreed SLAs within budget for the maintenance and operations of all Lendlease's software applications and infrastructure services. In addition, they have driven the rationalization of software applications in accordance with the target Enterprise Architecture.

Harvey is accountable for the long-term success of the IT processes and outcomes and the overall contribution to the broader company goals. Harvey is a strong advocate for the use of effective business process management practices that unify people, technology, and information through end-to-end business process digitization.

Reviewing and recognizing staff performance is something Harvey takes seriously considering both what and how the goals have been achieved. Harvey also proactively identifies talent and manages the development and retention of great people, supporting individuals to achieve their highest potential.

Harvey Worton's educational career includes completing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Wolverhampton and Idsall. Harvey also completed an Executive Leadership Development program and Senior Leadership Development program from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France and Sydney, Australia respectively.
