JJ Hay

JJ Hay is the current Digital Place Manager at LendLease. JJ has been with Lendlease for over 19 years, starting in January 1999 as the Field Services Manager - U.S. Regional (South, Central, and West). In January 2003, JJ was promoted to Customer Experience Manager - Americas, a position they held until December 2018. In their current role as Digital Place Manager, JJ is responsible for managing the company's digital presence and ensuring a positive customer experience.
