Matt Bowyer

Matt Bowyer has extensive experience in investment management and property, currently serving as Head of Mandates and Head of Retail and Logistics at Lendlease since July 2007. Previous roles at Lendlease include Fund Manager for TCorp (STC) Mandate, Fund Manager for Retail Funds and Mandates, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Manager for the Australian Prime Property Fund Retail. Prior to Lendlease, Matt Bowyer was General Manager of the ING Retail Property Fund Australia from January 2003 to July 2007 and held various positions at Jones Lang LaSalle from June 1995 to December 2002, including Centre Manager for several retail sub-regional shopping centres in NSW. Matt Bowyer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics from Western Sydney University, completed between 1992 and 1994.
