Penny Ransom

Penny offers nearly 30 years of global investment management and institutional real estate experience gained across some of Australia’s largest property companies including Investa, Dexus, Lendlease and Colliers International Australia.

In her most recent role at Investa, Penny was responsible for all investments across the Group as well as strategy development and implementation. This included the creation of a major partnership to develop Sydney CBD’s Parkline Place, the creation of the $2.3 billion Investa Gateway Office venture (subject to conditions precedent) and the execution of Oxford Properties’ Australian Build to Rent strategy.

Penny was previously the Head of Investment Management at Investa and prior to that Fund Manager of the listed Investa Office Fund. Prior to joining Investa, Penny held a number of senior roles at Dexus including Fund Manager of the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and Dexus’s Head of Capital where she was responsible for the creation and performance of Dexus’ third-party capital partnerships. Previously, Penny completed a 13-year stint at Lendlease including as Head of Equity with Lendlease Investment Management in London
