Tom Seymour

Tom Seymour has extensive experience in finance and commercial roles within the development sector, currently serving as Head of Finance and Commercial at Lendlease since September 2013. In this capacity, Tom oversees significant projects such as the Euston Oversite Development and Thamesmead Waterfront. Previously, Tom held leadership positions in strategy and special projects, serving as an executive advisor to the CEO and CFO, and contributed to financial planning and analysis as well as commercial analysis within the construction sector. Additionally, Tom was a member of the Mayor's Young Professionals Panel for Infrastructure from February 2019 to July 2021 and began a career in consultancy at OC&C Strategy Consultants from March 2010 to September 2013. Tom holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Urban Economic Development from UCL.
