Adedeji Olowe

Adedeji Olowe has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Adedeji began their career in 2002 as Head of Electronic Banking and Web Management at Access Bank Plc. In 2006, they moved to First City Monument Bank, where they served as Head of Business Automation. Olowe then joined United Bank for Africa in 2008 as Head of Cards and Head of Performance Management Initiatives. In 2013, they became an Advisory Board Member at Verve International (Member of Interswitch Group). From 2014 to 2016, they were Divisional Head of Electronic Banking at Fidelity Bank PLC, followed by a role as Head of Cards and Digital Payments at Atlas Mara Ltd. in 2016. In 2017, Olowe took on the role of Trustee at Open Banking Nigeria, as well as Executive Director of Products and Services at SystemSpecs. Finally, in 2018, they joined Trium Limited as Member of the Investment Committee and Chief Executive Officer. In 2022, Olowe founded and became the CEO of Lendsqr.

Adedeji Olowe has a background in engineering and business management, having studied at King's College London and Federal University of Technology Akure. Adedeji has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Technology Professional from The British Computer Society in July 2010, PRINCE2 from APMG-International in March 2010, PMP from Project Management Institute in October 2009, and The Digital Garage from Google.
