Prior to their work in recruitment, Andrew served as a Hedge Fund Accountant at ALPS Alternative Investment Services and as a Corps Member at Teach For America. Andrew also has experience in education and student services, having worked as a Florida Cicerone at the University of Florida Alumni Association and as a University of Florida Orientation Leader. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
