Blake Fontana

Blake Fontana, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Lennar since September 2024, brings extensive experience in real estate acquisition and finance. Prior to this role, Blake held the position of Director of Land Acquisition & Finance at CalWest from May 2015 to September 2024, where involvement in over 2,500 lot closings included responsibilities such as site due diligence and cash flow underwriting. Blake also collaborated cross-functionally with various organizational leaders and managed financial asset reporting to investment partners. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Real Estate Acquisitions & Finance Analyst and Financial Analyst, with significant focus on financial analysis and valuations of multifamily assets. Blake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the SMU Cox School of Business.
