Brandy Chapman

Brandy Chapman, P.E. currently serves as the Director of Land Development and Entitlements at Lennar since May 2024, with prior experience as a Land Entitlements Manager. An active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) since January 2016, Brandy has held various roles at HDR from September 2017 to May 2024, including Civil Engineering Team Manager and Civil Engineer. Previous engineering experience includes co-op positions at Duke Energy Corporation, where Brandy contributed to designing substation foundations and creating erosion control plans. Brandy's early career involved customer service at Community First Bank and participation in organizations such as Alpha Omega Epsilon Sorority and Women in Science and Engineering. Brandy holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, awarded in December 2017.
