Bruno Valle

Bruno Valle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and people-centric initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Associate Experience, People Strategy, and Innovation at Lennar, Bruno focuses on continuous improvement programs and technology-driven initiatives to enhance the Associate experience across the country. Prior to Lennar, Bruno held leadership positions at Bain & Company, including Director of Transformations & Change, where responsibilities encompassed product development and global team management for ARC, a SaaS transformation management platform. Bruno's career also features a role as Director of Strategy & Business Development at OLX Brasil, as well as various positions at Bain & Company that involved corporate strategy, market entry, and performance improvement. Bruno holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
