Charlie Coleman

Charlie Coleman is an experienced executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at Lennar since February 2018. Previously, Coleman held the same title at CalAtlantic Group, Inc. from August 2016 to February 2018, and at Meritage Homes from May 2011 to July 2016. Coleman also served as Division President at Pulte Home Corporation from August 2009 to May 2011 and held multiple leadership roles at Pulte Homes, Inc., including Division President for Dallas/Ft. Worth and Lehigh Valley Divisions, as well as Vice President of Finance for the Delaware Valley. Early career experience includes managerial and auditing roles at Arthur Andersen and U.S. Media Holdings. Charlie Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business from 1989 to 1993.
