Erik Templeton

Erik Templeton is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and home construction. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Lennar since June 2024, Erik previously held various roles including Project Manager at Ashton Woods Homes and Builder at David Weekley Homes. Additional experience includes project management positions at Crescent Homes and oversight of home care and renovations at Property Management. Erik's career began in finance and customer support roles at Trillium Construction Company and Pella Window and Door Company, respectively. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Legal Studies from Appalachian State University and a certificate in Residential Construction from Southwestern Community College.
