Greg McGuff serves as Regional President of Lennar. In this role, he is responsible for Lennar’s operations in the Pacific Northwest and Inland Empire. McGuff joined Lennar in 1994 and held the positions of Controller, Vice President of Land Acquisitions, and Division President before being named Regional Vice President.
McGuff spent five years in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets before transferring to the Inland Empire. Since entering the market in 1999, his expertise and management have been instrumental in the acquisition and management of seven masterplanned communities, including College Park, Victoria Arbors, Greer Ranch, Harveston, Rosena Ranch, Spencers Crossing, Northstar Ranch, and Escena. Under McGuff’s leadership, Lennar has been a guest builder in eight masterplanned communities: Shady Trails, The Preserve, Wolf Creek, Heritage Lake, McSweeney Ranch, Terra Lago, Rancho Etiwanda, and Oak Valley Champions.
Prior to joining Lennar, McGuff was a CPA with Ernst and Young. McGuff has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge.
