Lisa Cavell

Lisa Cavell currently serves as Vice President of Forward Planning at Lennar, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Lisa held multiple senior roles at Taylor Morrison from November 2021 to May 2024, including Vice President of Land Acquisition and Entitlement, where responsibilities encompassed managing land acquisitions, legal document reviews, feasibility studies, and overseeing development projects across multiple states. Prior to that, Lisa was General Manager of National Land Operations at MainVue Homes, LLC from February 2006 to November 2021, leading national land operations and development efforts. Lisa's career began at Murray Franklyn Companies, where Lisa worked as a Senior Project Manager in residential land development from 1995 to 2006. Throughout these positions, Lisa demonstrated extensive expertise in residential development and project management.
