Matthew Stover

Matthew Stover currently serves as VP of Finance & Accounting at Lennar, overseeing treasury, accounting, pricing, reporting, and internal controls for the Orlando Division since September 2020. Prior to this role, Stover was the Sr. Director and Divisional CFO at CuraScript, Inc., where management of a $10 billion subsidiary of Cigna included full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities, the supervision of a 20-person team, and the implementation of improvements that resulted in a 17% CAGR EBITA over three years. Stover also held the position of Vice President Finance - Revenue Operations at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, managing FP&A and Revenue Operations for a $1.5 billion business. Additional experience includes board membership at Family Promise of Greater Orlando and roles as a Senior Finance Manager at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global restructuring and management of significant North American cooking and cleaning product organizations. Stover holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
