A renowned Cardiologist, Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt is a cardiovascular researcher who has published more than 250 scientific articles. Former Sr. VP for Medical Affairs and Dean of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine until 2016, Dr. Pascal also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the University of Miami Health System (UHealth), which includes six hospitals and various outpatient facilities in South Florida, with more than 1,200 physicians and 8,000 staff members. Dr. Pascal helps guide them as they continue to build, while keeping safety a priority; he advises on the associate protocols and the jobsite safety protocols; and provides the associates and trade partners with crucial information and tips on how to maintain healthy minds and bodies. Dr. Pascal also helps the associates navigate the complexities of healthcare, especially for those who are experiencing severe illnesses. Dr. Pascal is available anytime for associates who have concerns about and fear for their health. He helps them through the difficult times.
