Thomas Gansheimer

Thomas Gansheimer is an accomplished Division President at Lennar, with extensive experience in land acquisition, development, homebuilding, and customer care since joining the company in December 2008. Previous roles at Lennar include Vice President of Regional Supply Chain and Director of Purchasing, with duties encompassing oversight of purchasing operations across multiple states and management of division purchasing operations. Gansheimer also has a background in construction management as Vice President of Construction at US Home and has held various construction management roles. Early career experience includes serving as a Commissioned Officer and Meteorologist with the NOAA and as a Meteorologist Intern. Gansheimer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Physics from the University of Arizona.
