Prior experience includes roles at Renault India Private Limited, managing domestic and export after-sales supply chain processes, and at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd, overseeing export planning and operations for truck and bus manufacturing. Madhavan started a career with Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in inbound logistics planning. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2016.
