Tejasree Kongara

Tejasree Kongara is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as Team Leader FEA and Lead Analyst FEA at Lennox India Technology Centre since April 2020, Tejasree leads analysis activities to ensure structural integrity and fatigue life across various HVAC products while also overseeing testing methodologies and automation initiatives. Prior roles include Sr Specialist - FEA and Specialist FEA at Lennox India Technology Centre, as well as experience at Eaton, where Tejasree focused on analysis qualification for aerospace products. Tejasree holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sir CRR College of Engineering.
