Abhilash Irabatti

Abhilash Irabatti is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and cost optimization across several companies in the appliance industry. Currently serving as a VAVE Engineer IV at Lennox since June 2025, Abhilash previously contributed as a Lead Project Engineer at Viking Range, LLC, where key accomplishments included managing the R600a conversion project and leading the development of a cost-reduction sealed system. At Electrolux Group, significant achievements as Technical Lead included enhancing efficiency through competitor model analysis and successful part designs. Abhilash’s career began at Tech Mahindra, where cost-saving design modifications led to over $1 million in savings, and earlier at ZUTI Engineering Solutions, innovative designs resulted in improved product features and reduced manufacturing costs. Abhilash holds a Post Graduate Diploma in CAD/CAM for Tool Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
