Ajay Iyengar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ajay started their career as a Research Associate at Penn State University in 1995. Ajay then moved on to Trane where they served as a Product Development Leader for seven years. In 2004, Ajay joined Carrier Corporation as the Chiller Engineering Manager for BSS North America until 2010. Following that, they worked at Brooks Automation as the Director of Engineering for two years. Currently, Ajay is at Lennox International, where they have held multiple roles, including Director of Engineering for Heatcraft Refrigeration-North America and later as the Director of Advanced Technology. Ajay is currently serving as the Vice President of Advanced Technology.
Ajay Iyengar's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. In 1995, they attended Penn State University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science. Following their time at Penn State, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business. In 2018, they briefly attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Artificial Intelligence-Business Strategy and Implications. Additionally, in 2004, Ajay obtained a Design for Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Trane Company in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
