Vice President Operations And Quality at Lennox International

David DeRoussel has had a diverse career in operations and quality management. David started their career at Fluor Corporation as a Cost Engineer in 1996 and later became a Control Team Leader. David then joined United Technologies, where they held various roles including Cell Leader, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Director. In 2007, they joined Lennox International as Vice President of Mexico Operations and later became Vice President of Worldwide Supply Chain. From 2011 to 2015, they served as Vice President of Business Excellence, and from 2015 onwards, they held the position of Vice President of Operations and Quality, overseeing manufacturing operations in the US and Mexico for a $2B Residential HVAC division.

David DeRoussel has an impressive education history. David began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University in 1991. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Civil Engineering, from the same university in 1996. David's thirst for knowledge did not end there, as they went on to attend Purdue University Daniels School of Business and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2003.
