Dayna Leight

Dayna Leight currently serves as the Director of Global Sourcing at Lennox, a position held since October 2025 following the acquisition of NSI HVAC Division. Prior to this role, Dayna Leight worked at NSI Industries from June 2023 to October 2025, progressing from Global Sourcing Manager to Director of Global Sourcing. Previous experience includes various sourcing roles at Newell Brands, where Dayna Leight contributed to cost-saving projects and participated in the Supply Chain Management Development Program. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Manager position at Walgreens, overseeing inventory and daily operations while managing a team of employees. Dayna Leight holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Operations from North Carolina State University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
