Jennifer Perry

Jennifer Perry is currently the Assistant General Counsel for Securities at Lennox International, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer served at Comerica Bank for nearly 13 years, advancing from Vice President to Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, overseeing areas such as securities, human resources, and capital markets. Responsibilities included drafting and filing corporate reports and proxy statements, as well as managing Section 16 filings. Earlier experience includes positions at Baker Botts, where Jennifer drafted key legal documents related to securities offerings and corporate acquisitions. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Texas Christian University.
