Katrina Gurguis

Katrina Gurguis is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation analysis and general HR functions. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Lennox International since January 2020, Katrina has also held roles including Compensation Analyst and Human Resources Business Partner within the company. Prior to Lennox International, Katrina worked at Interstate Batteries from August 2015 to August 2019 as an HR Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator. Katrina holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, summa cum laude, from St. Edward's University, completed in 2012.
