Matt Xie

Matt Xie has extensive experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on improving profitability and vendor relationships. Matt started their career at American Standard Brands as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they managed over $20 million in annual purchasing spending and played a key role in new product development. Matt then worked at ConvaTec as a Sourcing Analyst before joining Batteries Plus Bulbs as a Sourcing Manager. During their time at Batteries Plus Bulbs, they improved profitability and vendor relationships and built a reliable international supply base. After that, they worked at Klein Tools as a Commodity Manager, and at GameStop as a Private Label Sourcing Manager. Currently, they are working at Lennox International as a Commercial Sourcing Lead. Overall, Matt Xie has a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on cost reduction projects and building strategic supplier relationships.

Matt Xie earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at the University of Illinois Chicago, completing their studies in 2007.
