Nikunj Radadia

Software Technical Lead at Lennox International

Nikunj Radadia has a diverse work experience. Nikunj started their career as a System Engineer Trainee at Cornerstone system pvt ltd in 2013, where they worked on providing surveillance solutions and implemented motion estimation integration with iVMS software. In 2016, they worked as an ASIC Verification Trainee at VeriFast Technologies. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Electrical Test Engineer at SVTronics, where they developed and executed testing strategies for printed circuit boards and gained extensive knowledge of RF instrumentation and measurements. Then, they joined Lennox International in 2018 as a Motor Control Engineer, and later in 2019, they transitioned to the role of Senior Embedded Engineer at Lennox India Technology Centre. In these roles, they were involved in design and development, automated test architectures, and white-box/black-box testing for embedded components and UI. Currently, they serve as a Software Technical Lead at Lennox International, starting from 2022.

Nikunj Radadia holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which was obtained from Southern Methodist University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Nikunj Radadia has obtained several certifications. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2023.
