Teresa Holland, MS, CTL, is a seasoned procurement and logistics professional with extensive experience in managing procurement needs, international logistics, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Manager of Procurement and International Logistics at Lennox International since June 2016, Teresa oversees an annual spend of $100 million, coaches a team of buyers, and drives improvements in key performance indicators. Prior roles include Supervisor of International Logistics at Lennox International, where Teresa implemented performance metrics and logistics strategies, and Transportation & Logistics Specialist at Mary Kay Inc., managing global shipments and operational metrics. Teresa holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University, a Master’s Degree from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Graduate Academic Certificate from the University of North Texas.
