James Zhou has a decade of experience in the inspection and quality control industry. James started their career in 2003 as a Quality Inspector at Asia Pacific Inspection Ltd., where they performed quality inspections for toys, furniture, and hard goods. James also provided inspection services to European customers such as Carrefour and Auchan.
In 2006, James joined Lenor srl as a Safety Engineer, conducting factory audits and product certification audits for various markets in Latin America. James was later promoted to Technical Manager in 2009 and took on the responsibility of managing different teams and establishing operation procedures for inspections, audits, and testing.
