Sourabh Singh has a diverse range of work experience. Sourabh started their career as a Summer Intern at ICAT-International Centre for Automotive Technology, where they conducted horn testing and CNG testing to ensure compliance with automotive standards. Sourabh then worked as an NDT Technician at Essar Steel, where they performed ultrasonic tests, thickness surveys, and magnetic particle tests on steel pipes. After that, they worked as an NDT Technician at Kakrapar Atomic Power Station (KAPS), where they set up and calibrated non-destructive testing equipment and conducted inspections to ensure quality and safety.

Sourabh later transitioned to the field of talent acquisition, working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at QUALTECH RPO. Here, they recruited directly for pharmaceutical and IT clients in the commercial and federal sectors. Sourabh then joined Zodiac Solutions, Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for hiring engineers and developers for various industries, such as banking & finance, healthcare, technology & communications, and aerospace manufacturing. Sourabh handled the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.

Most recently, Sourabh worked at MTK Technologies as a Delivery Lead, leading a team of recruiters to meet client requirements and maintain effective relationships. Currently, they are an Account Manager at UNICOM Technologies Inc, where they focus on nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions. Sourabh has a proven track record of driving client success and exceeding expectations through strategic account management.

Sourabh Singh has a diverse educational background. Sourabh obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, completing their studies between 2012 and 2017. Following this, Sourabh pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2017 to 2019.
