Arief Rahman

Arief Rahman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Country HR Head for Indonesia and Malaysia at Lenovo Indonesia since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives aligned with business strategies. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk, managing comprehensive HR strategies and organizational development, and Head of HR Operation & GA at PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia, recognized as the Best Employee in 2011. Arief has also held positions at PT. Ecco Indonesia, PT. Bank Mega, PT. Bank Commonwealth, and PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, focusing on recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations. Arief holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from STIE Muhammadiyah.
