Arielle Ballard

Arielle Ballard is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Infrastructure Solutions Group at Lenovo since January 2015, following a progressive career that includes roles such as Sr. HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior to Lenovo, Arielle Ballard worked at Morgan Stanley from May 2011 to November 2014, where significant achievements included enhancing the internship program's effectiveness, leading recruitment events, and improving diversity in intern hires. Earlier experience includes positions in marketing and social media at iNDELIBLE and Foods of New York Tours. Arielle Ballard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Creative Writing, and Food Studies from New York University.
