Kati Rook

Kati Rook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and change leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as EMEA Sales Transformation Program Manager and Program Change Management Lead at Lenovo since October 2021, Kati leads the delivery of the Sales Transformation portfolio and oversees Program Change Management. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Nordic Interim Management, where Kati provided interim leadership for international companies, and various leadership positions at IBM from 2000 to 2016, including Nordic Project Management Services Leader and Country General Manager of Nordic Processor, a joint venture between IBM and a Nordic bank. Kati holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Russian from the University of St Andrews.
